Jacks Exterior Cleaning LLC, doing business as Kraken Window Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), operates krakenwindowcleaning.us. When you submit our contact form to request an estimate, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service or plan you're interested in, and any details or extras you add in your message. This is sent to us through Formspree, a third-party form service, and is used only to respond to your request and schedule service.
If you become a customer, we use Housecall Pro to send estimates, schedule jobs, and process invoices and payments. Housecall Pro handles and stores payment details (such as card numbers) on our behalf; we do not store your card information ourselves. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website; for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or review Google's privacy policy to learn more.
We use the information you provide to respond to estimate requests, schedule and deliver window cleaning services, communicate with you about upcoming or completed jobs, and handle invoicing and payment through Housecall Pro. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to you outside of communicating about your own service requests.
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet any legal or tax obligations. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us and we'll take care of it, except where we're required to retain records by law.
You can contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking as described above.
Our services are intended for adults arranging window cleaning for their home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time as our website or services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
