Our water fed pole connects to a tank of 100% purified water and reaches your windows from the ground. The brush scrubs the glass and frame while purified water rinses everything clean. Because the water is purified, it dries with no streaks and no spots; no towel drying needed. We clean most windows this way, which is gentler on your home than ladders. When a job does call for a ladder, such as a detailed deep clean where we need to get nose to glass, we work carefully to protect your siding and gutters.

For exterior cleaning, no. Most of our work happens outside, so you're welcome to go about your day and come home to crystal clear windows. If you've booked interior cleaning too, we'll just need access inside; we'll coordinate a time that works for you.

An exterior clean covers your exterior glass and frames, plus complimentary screen removal and replacement and a Top-Seal Integrity Check on your seals and frames. Add interior cleaning and we'll do your interior glass and give each sill a complimentary wipe. Track deep cleaning and detailing, screen cleaning, and high interior panes are available as add-ons whenever you want them.

Your exteriors take the brunt of the weather; rain, dust, pollen, and the occasional bird, so they need cleaning the most. Interiors stay protected, so we generally recommend cleaning them about half as often as your exteriors. For most homes that works out to a fresh interior clean once or twice a year, paired with your regular exterior visits.

Exterior only cleans start at $195, and interior plus exterior cleans start at $275. Screen cleaning is $4 per screen and deep track cleaning is $8 per track. Tall high panes are included at the regular rate in a full interior clean, or $12 per pane on their own. Final pricing depends on your home's size and number of windows, which is exactly why we offer same day estimates; you'll know your price before we ever begin.

For our TriAnnual plan members, we'll spot clean up to 5 panes between scheduled visits; protection against weather, bird droppings, or any other surprise life throws at your glass. It's available spring through fall, so your windows stay looking their best all season.
